The Pad A Damsel (PAD) Initiative is organized and maintained for the promotion of menstrual hygiene and the health and overall well-being of women and girls. It works through the provision and distribution of sanitary pads and other menstrual health products, the establishment of access points, the implementation of health education and sensitization programmes, and the undertaking of advocacy, research, and community outreach activities.
